We stand by our products and are happy to hear about any problems you may encounter - we do understand that things happen... a gift that isn't suitable, the wrong size and in the odd situation, a breakage. However, after 4 weeks, we cannot accept returns.
Please email us with any of these problems - each situation will be considered according to what you tell us. Because we value the workmanship of Georgie Paws products, any item deemed faulty will need to be returned for inspection so we can improve or change it in the future. Please note, that we will only refund the cost of the item, not freight or extras such as gift wrapping and insurances.
A sizing chart is provided on our website, so if you are returning for an exchange, please note we will charge you the freight to send again.
It is up to you to insure or track your returns – items that don’t reach us cannot be refunded or exchanged.
